同意 is an affirmative decision to eng年龄 in mutually acceptable 性ual activity expressed by clear actions and words.

约会暴力 is controlling, 虐待, or aggressive behavior committed by a person who is, 或者一直是, in a relationship of a romantic or intimate nature with the victim.

家庭暴力 is abuse committed by a member of a family or household against another.

报复 is prohibited against any individual, including the complainant and respondent, who participates in any discrimination or 性ual misconduct investigation or proceeding. 

性侵犯 is any 性ual act(s) committed against a person, without his or her consent, through the use of force, 恐吓, 或胁迫.

性骚扰 is any unwelcome 性ual misconduct where submission to the act is made a term or condition of employment or an individual’s education; or the conduct is so severe, pervasive and objectively offensive to a reasonable person that it effectively denies his or her equal access to the College’s education or program activity, or to the workplace. 

不正当的性行为 is any unwelcome conduct of a 性ual nature committed against an individual without consent.

跟踪 is a course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear for his or her safety or the safety of others, or suffer substantial emotional distress.
